DANNY
DIRECTOR
An experienced and quality all-round General Builder, born and bred in Cheltenham. Danny was surrounded by builders and plasterers within his family whilst growing up and spent many years working with them and various firms learning all aspects of building work from groundworks right through to plastering. Once armed with all the skills and experience he needed Danny set up McCauley Construction Ltd.
Loves: Digging. Using the machinery on-site. Jaffa cakes.

RACHEL
DIRECTOR
Coming from a marketing background and as Danny’s wife, Rachel has joined the business to help with anything administrative or marketing related. This enables Danny to run the business and be on-site, working with the team at all times. Rachel has a love and passion for interiors, and offers support and advice free of charge to all of our customers should they wish, working with their ideas and tastes, helping them to make clear decisions on each room.
Loves: Singing!!. Interiors. Donkeys. Blue cheese.
Dislikes: Smoked Salmon.
BIBO
PLASTERER – SUB CONTRACTOR
Skilled and high-quality Plasterer. Originally from Tunisia, Bibo moved here after marrying Danny’s cousin Danielle. Once in Cheltenham Bibo was taught plastering and elements of general building by members of the McCauley family and Danny himself. Bibo can turn his hand to anything, and is a most trusted and integral part of the team.
Loves: House and hiphop. Basketball. Computing. Dancing!!
Dislikes: Jogging. Ketchup. Vodka.
TED
CARPENTER – SUB CONTRACTOR
The West’s best Carpenter. A very experienced and skilled Carpenter, patient and persistent in his work, and a huge asset to the McCauley Construction team.
Loves: Dogs. A cold San Miguel after a days work.
Dislikes: Having his photo taken.
NATHAN
BRICKIE – SUB CONTRACTOR
Highly skilled and experienced all-round general builder, specialising in Brickwork. Nathan has years of experience within the building industry, and ran his own firm in Bristol. Nathan is Danny’s cousin-in-law.
Loves: Cooking. Dance music.
Dislikes: Winter.
JOE
APPRENTICE CARPENTER
Joe is currently working with closely with Ted learning the skills needed to become a skilled Carpenter. He also does one day a week at College as part of his apprenticeship. Hard-working, and loves a bit of banter.
Loves: Birmingham City Football Club and Flamin’ hot Cheeto’s.
Dislikes: Jaffa Cakes and mushrooms.
MATTHEW
EXPERIENCED LABOURER – SUB CONTRACTOR
Matt is one of our experienced and trusted labourers. He’s strong, always grafts and loves a bit of a sing-song whilst he works.
Loves: Listening to Radio 1, The Red Devils.
Dislikes: Keeping his top on whilst he works!, Olives, Tiramisu.
JACK
EXPERIENCED LABOURER – SUB CONTRACTOR
Jack is another trusted and experienced labourer who can pretty much turn his hand to anything. Always in a good mood, and a great asset to the team.
Loves: Drum and Bass music, going to the gym.
Dislikes: Getting muddy and wet on-site!
